What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including GAAP compliance, balance sheet management, and month/quarter/year-end close processes
• Handle reconciliations, internal reporting, and internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
• Build and refine financial models and develop insights that guide business decision-making
• Improve, streamline, and automate accounting and financial systems
• Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, product, and engineering to ensure financial clarity across a multi-stakeholder business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger management, month-end close, reconciliations and internal controls
• Previous experience working with financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• MBA, CPA or previous accounting leadership experience
• Previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment
