DEMI Healthcare Partners is placing Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physicians in full-time/part-time opportunities in DeKalb, IL and Sandwich, IL (30 mi. west of Naperville/60 mi. west of Chicago/70 mi. south of Rockford).

Our Hospital offers:

• Flexible shift scheduling; 12-24 hr. (Sandwich)
• Low volume (8,200 visits/yr.)
• CAT Scan, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine w/radiology reports- available 24/7
• Social Services/Psychiatric evaluation on-call for ED patient disposition
• EPIC EHR with Dragon
• Hospitalist program presently working in concert with ED
• Established referral patterns

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
• MD/DO
• Illinois Medical License
• Emergency Medicine
