Based at our Tucson, AZ, location, the  Assembler (1st Shift)will assemble residential water treatment systems. The successful candidate will be able to accurately work from a bill of materials to determine required media and components. The candidate will be trained and work all phases of the assembly line to include tank filling, final assembly, and packaging.  The Assembler will have the skill set to work both accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Primary Function

Responsible for performing tasks involved in the production of Water Heaters in a safe and efficient manner. Operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines, assemble finished product, inspect work performed to ensure highest quality finished product.

Regularly Scheduled Hours:  1st Shift - Monday through Friday; 7:00 am – 3:30 pm CST  

 

Hourly Rate of Pay:  

  • $17.87/hr to start  

  • $18.59 after 6 months  

  • Additional increase based on approve 2026 pay structure at 12 months

  • Assemble Components

  • Inventory control

  • Shop clean up

  • Quality control

Qualifications

 

  • 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs
  • Ability to obtain a fork lift certification within 60 days of hire  
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Measurement/mathematical skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
