The Nurse Manager of Interventional Diagnostic Imaging IR will be responsible for the twenty-four hour planning, organizing, directing and controlling of the daily operations and clinical practice of the department. The Nurse Manager of Interventional Radiology Imaging IR will report directly to the Director of Nursing and will be supported by skillful staff nurses.
The Nurse Manager of Interventional Radiology IR will manage the team in order to provide quality individualized patient care to patients ranging from neonate to geriatric on the age continuum and support of the Medical Center’s Mission, Strategic Plan, and Goals and Objectives.
The Interventional Radiology IR Nurse Manager will assume fiscal responsibility for the unit budgets, serves as a liaison with medical staff and other personnel, promotes the maximum growth and development of each employee, supports nursing research and assures patient advocacy.
