Our client is a global technology leader with a strong presence in North America, specialising in equipment solutions for the building materials, concrete, and mining industries . Backed by international engineering excellence, the US branch is a fast-growing, strategically important division serving customers across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
The Opportunity We are seeking a Technical Sales & Service Specialist to join the Charlotte-based team.


This hybrid role blends:
🔧 Technical service & customer support
💼 Sales & commercial support
🚀 Business development & representation

You’ll work with customers on spare parts, quotations, service requests, and commissioning support, while also helping expand market presence across North America.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Technical Service
  • Manage customer inquiries for spare parts, service, and troubleshooting.
  • Support equipment commissioning alongside international colleagues (with opportunities to handle selected projects independently as you grow).
  • Provide technical guidance in collaboration with global engineering teams.
Sales & Commercial Support
  • Prepare accurate spare parts and machine quotations.
  • Actively support order intake by following up on customer needs.
  • Partner with the Business Development Manager to grow spare parts and equipment sales.
Business Development & Representation
  • Build and strengthen customer and partner relationships across US, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions in the US.
  • Travel internationally for training and collaboration with global teams.
Operations & Coordination
  • Collaborate with the Charlotte office and warehouse on spare parts, order handling, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, quotations, and service notes.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field OR equivalent technical experience in concrete, mining, or heavy machinery.
  • Experience in technical customer support, service, or inside sales preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset .
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ERP/CRM systems & Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel ~20% (domestic & international).
  • English proficiency required.
