Job Description

We are seeking a curious and eager client-facing professional with a desire to help shape and partner with existing management to grow an innovative firm. If you have experience walking clients through end-to-end processes and enjoy building lasting relationships, you would be a strong fit for our specialized team.

Broad responsibilities :

Handle a range of tax filings across corporate, individual, and partnership entities at federal and state levels for small and medium-sized businesses (Giving you the opportunity to speak directly with their decision makers!)
Stay current with industry updates and actively pursue professional development opportunities.
Conduct thorough research on tax legislation, solving complex problems and advising clients on strategic tax planning.
Oversee a small team of Tax accountants; serving as both a mentor and day-to-day advisor on tax pronouncements / research areas
Collaborate closely with clients to gather information and ensure timely submissions, while maintaining clear communication within the team.

Qualifications:

Applicable public Accounting/Tax experience with SMB Tax experience
CPA completed or In-progress
Ability to be successful in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Interest in current technology and market strategies
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and being collaborative with your team.
