Waialae Country Club is a private membership club, which provides its members with a championship golf course, dining services, health/recreational facilities and hosts the PGA Tour's Sony Open in Hawaii. Position: Snack Shop Attendant
Status: Part-Time (20-29 hours/week)
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Greets members and guests in a courteous and friendly manner; and assists with member and guest inquiries. 
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items to members and guests.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests. 
• Monitors snack shop inventory and replenishes items as needed.
• Processes cash payment for food and beverage items; and reconciles cash at the end of each shift. 
• Performs snack shop opening and closing procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of snack shop area. 
• Conducts monthly inventory of snack shop items with F&B Manager. 
• Adheres to food safety and liquor regulations. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience. 
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 
• Must have knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage preparation. 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Starting Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
