Senior Treasury Analyst – Latin America

• Compensation: $95,000–$110,000

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Treasury Analyst – Latin America
If LATAM treasury operations, complex cash flows and cross-border banking excite you, this role is for you. As the Senior Treasury Analyst – Latin America , you’ll own critical cash management processes, support global liquidity needs and partner with banks and internal teams across the region. This Senior Treasury Analyst – Latin America role offers visibility, autonomy and the chance to influence treasury strategy in a growing global organization.

What’s the job?

• Lead daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity planning for LATAM entities
• Analyze cash flow forecasts, trends and variances across the region
• Execute international payments, wires and investment transactions
• Identify and mitigate FX, interest rate and treasury-related risks
• Serve as a subject matter expert for LATAM banking and payment rails
• Manage TMS integrations, reporting automation and system enhancements
• Maintain SOPs, group mailboxes and treasury documentation
• Support audits, M&A treasury integrations and special projects

What’s needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics
• Minimum of 4 years of treasury or financial operations experience
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience with LATAM banking portals and regulations
• Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese preferred
• Kyriba or similar TMS experience a plus
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments
