Flexible on remote work but during tax season need at least 4 days a week at office. Otherwise I am fine with 2-3 office and 2-3 days remote.
Tax season hours are strenuous from 2/15 to 4/15 we work late nights two days a week until anywhere from 8pm to midnight.
Rest of year is more chill. Flexible on arrival time and end of day. All of us here have kids so we know stuff comes up and that's fine.
