Job Description

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of software development experience, Full Stack proficiency (Laravel/PHP API + Vue.js)
• At least 5 years advanced Laravel, 5 years advanced Vue.js experience (Composition API preferred)
• WebSockets & Pusher/Broadcasting knowledge is mandatory
• Ability to take an existing design and convert it into pixel-perfect HTML+CSS using Tailwind, then transform it into a structured Vue.js project aligned with component architecture
• Strong command of GitHub/GitLab, with clean commit history and solid branch management discipline
• Working hours must align with GMT+4 time zone
• Full Remote + Full Stack work model

Additional Skills

• Experience in system design, modular architecture, and scalable API development
• Strong awareness of data consistency in critical paths and atomic transaction logic
• Knowledge of caching strategies and performance optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment, reverse proxy, SSL, and basic Linux server environments
• Ability to make technical decisions and manage trade-offs effectively
• Proficiency in code reviews, debugging, and performance profiling
• Competence in development standards and documentation
• Strong technical communication and ability to mentor team members
• Product-focused mindset, linking business value with technical solutions
• Good understanding of testing practices (unit, feature, or e2e)
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and error analysis

Bonus

• PostgreSQL, Oracle, Node.js experience is a plus
