Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Beltsville, MD (20705)

Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | $22.00–$26.00/hr

Position Overview

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a new client in the Beltsville area. This role includes a combination of in-home and clinic-based ABA sessions. Candidates must be open to afternoon, early evening, and/or daytime availability as the final schedule will be confirmed once client onboarding is complete.

About the Role

• Location: Beltsville, MD (20705)
  
• Setting: In-home and clinic, based on client needs
  
• Schedule: Flexible; final hours will be determined following client scheduling
  
• Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hr
  
• Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct ABA therapy with professionalism and consistency
  
• Follow individualized treatment procedures designed by supervising BCBAs
  
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development
  
• Document progress accurately using digital tools
  
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and organizational guidelines
  
• Communicate effectively with clinical supervisors and team members
  

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
  
• Experience delivering ABA services
  
• Reliable transportation for home-based sessions
  
• Ability to meet background screening requirements
  
• Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with varying behavioral needs
  
• Confidence providing therapy in both home and clinic settings
  
• Strong documentation and data-collection skills
