Ampersand Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-person school-based position for the 2025-2026 school year starting as soon as possible!

Job Details:

• Must have a valid RBT License or former BT experience 
• Provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in home, community, and school settings. Behavior Technicians will utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
