Home Health Aides (PRN) to provide personalized care to clients in their homes across

What You’ll Do - Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities in patients’ homes.
- Support clients’ comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to clinical staff.
- Travel within the assigned service area to deliver care as scheduled.
What You’ll Need - HHA Certificate (40+ hours) or CNA license preferred.
- CPR certification (in-house classes available if needed).
- Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred — free training available for new caregivers.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. and communicate effectively in English.
- Valid Florida Driver License, proof of auto insurance, and ability to travel within the service area.
PRN Commitment: 48 hours per month and at least two weekend shifts per month.
