Summary GameTime is seeking a
Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and drive measurable demand generation across digital channels. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works cross-functionally with brand, content, product, and sales teams to execute and optimize our marketing strategy.
This position plays a critical role in generating high-quality leads for our sales agencies by owning performance-focused digital initiatives across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, deeply experienced in performance marketing tactics, and comfortable operating within a modern marketing technology stack.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- PPC (Paid Search & Paid Media)
- SEM
- SEO
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- LPO (Landing Page Optimization)
- Drive qualified lead generation aligned to sales and pipeline goals
- Continuously test and refine campaign strategy to improve efficiency and lead quality
Website & Conversion Optimization - Own performance optimization of the GameTime website on a Magento-based platform
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve site structure, speed, UX, and conversion rates
- Develop and optimize landing pages to support campaigns and improve conversion performance
Marketing Technology & Analytics - Actively use and manage platforms including:
- HubSpot
- Google Analytics
- SEMrush
- Google Ads and related ad platforms
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across digital channels
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to marketing and sales leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with marketing teams to align performance campaigns with brand and content strategy
- Support sales agencies with lead insights, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations
- Contribute to integrated marketing planning and execution
Reporting & Optimization - Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and optimize for ROI
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate performance clearly
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging best practices
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital demand generation
- Proven hands-on experience with PPC, SEM, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Extensive experience managing and
