Parking Lot Striping Crew Member Location Hudsonville, MI :

Summary: We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to assist our Lead in parking lot striping projects across the Grand Rapids and Lansing areas. As a Crew Member, you'll help with preparing materials, and assisting with layout and stencil work. You'll have the option to meet the Lead at job sites or ride along in the company truck. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with equipment used for parking lot striping and maintenance.
• Prepare trucks, materials, and equipment before and after jobs.
• Track inventory of supplies (paint, chalk, etc.).
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues to the Crew Leader.
• Clean and maintain equipment and stencils.
• Assist with layout and stencil work on job sites.
• Perform general site cleanup as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and move items up to 350 lbs.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team player.
• Availability for evening and weekend work.

Physical Demands: This is an active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasionally climbing. Employees will work in varying weather conditions and be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts.

Schedule:

• This is a part-time position.
• Typical hours: Sunday to Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (20-40 hours per week).
• Weekend and overtime work required during peak season.
• Compensation: Competitive pay with overtime and bonus opportunities. Future promotion potential.

Travel: Local travel within the Holland, Grand Rapids, and Lansing areas.

Preferred Experience: Outdoor work or seasonal employment experience.
