**Powder Coat Painter - Night Shift** **Entry-Level Opportunity | Up to $33/hr. + Full Benefits** **Location: Chaska, MN** **Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday-Wednesday | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM** Looking to start a career in manufacturing or industrial painting? No prior powder coating experience is required - we will train reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn. This is a chance to gain hands-on skills in a growing industry while earning competitive pay and full benefits. **What You'll Do** + Learn to operate and oversee the paint area during night shift hours + Apply coatings to industrial mixers and bulk storage tanks using spray guns and other tools + Prepare surfaces through sandblasting and related techniques + Safely handle carbon steel and stainless steel materials + Assist in building bulk storage tanks, blenders, and mixers + Operate forklifts and shop machinery (training provided) + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment **What We're Looking For** + Dependable individuals eager to learn a skilled trade + Interest in industrial painting, powder coating, or fabrication + Ability to work with your hands and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) + High school diploma or equivalent + Willingness to train on forklifts, sandblasting, and fabrication equipment **Benefits** + 100% employer-paid medical insurance + Profit-sharing program + Weekly pay + Short & long-term disability options + Employee boot program + Gym discount program **Apply Now!** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
