Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter - Long Term Care

Location: Golden Valley, MN

We are searching for an individual that has experience recruiting in Home Care, Hospice, and Assisted Living settings! You'll have the chance to work on a team with some great mentors that will help you on your career growth journey!

Healthcare Recruiter Overview:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding caregivers and other clinical staff.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates
• Communicating with healthcare professionals: Nurses, Therapists, Healthcare office staff, and more
• Writing, editing, and posting job advertisements
• Other talent acquisition odds-and-ends as needed

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:

• A Degree in Communications, human resources, marketing, or other applicable field
• Ability to participate in evening and weekend work
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, professions within, and their common functions
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
• Hunger to learn and be hands-on with every hiring-related task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
