You’re detail-obsessed, safety-minded, and motivated by seeing perfect color come off the stack. Join us in Minneapolis, MN 55428 as an Offset Print Feeder on second shift. You’ll support runs on KBA 105 and 106 sheetfed presses (6- and 7-color, 40-inch). Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. — four 10-hour shifts.

Your Impact

• Set the team up for success by preparing materials and assisting the operator with make-readies and changeovers.
• Guard print quality: monitor registration and color and fine-tune ink/water balance to maintain consistency.
• Keep the press running: help with routine maintenance and jump in on troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Drive results with your crew to hit daily goals and meet deadlines.
• Own your workspace—clean, organized, and aligned with safety best practices.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

What Sets You Apart

• High school diploma/GED; bonus points for printing technology training.
• Background as a Litho Press Feeder or comparable pressroom role.
• Comfort with offset/litho processes and pressroom equipment.
• Precision, problem-solving, and quality focus.
• Team-first attitude with the independence to own your tasks.
• Clear communicator with a positive approach.
• Flexibility for overtime when needed.
