Overview:

Carle Health is actively recruiting for a BE/BC Neurologist  to join our established Neurosciences Institute for our location in Olney, Illinois.

Opportunity Details:

• Must have medical skills in all areas of general Neurology
• Enjoy comprehensive breadth of cases with patients of all ages
• Provide outreach services to better serve patients in the surrounding rural communities
• Practice will be at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital (CRMH), a 25-bed Critical Access DNV accredited facility with 5 OR’s that serves 8 Southeastern Illinois counties (109,000+ individuals)
• Other specialty services available at CRMH include: Allergy, Anesthesia, Audiology, Cardiology, ENT, Family Medicine, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, Pathology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Urology
• Opportunity to consult with other specialists within the Carle Neurosciences Institute in Urbana, IL
• The Carle Neuroscience Institute is comprised of providers specializing in General Neurology, Behavioral Neurology, Epileptology (new EMU), Neuro-Ophthalmology, Neurovascular, Sleep Medicine and Pain Medicine and Pediatric Neurology and is recognized as a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center by DNV GL Healthcare
• In addition to being a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, Carle Foundation Hospital's Neurosciences Institute features state of the art equipment including a new 7 Tesla MRI scanner
• Candidates must be willing to live in and be an active part of the community
• Opportunity for research and/or academic affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $370,000 - $380,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
