Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7:45a-5p (1 hour unpaid lunch daily)

• Duties
• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, take messages, and provide timely support
• Verify insurance, update records, collect payments, and manage supplement purchases
• Keep the reception and office space clean and well-organized
• Assist with medical supply coordination and administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, data entry)
• Facilitate Metabolic Rate Testing
• Learn about and support our natural health services and products
• Attend team meetings and maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Support other duties as needed by management

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a medical office
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-first attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of new systems
• Comfortable handling payments and basic math
• Team-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
