**Assembly Technician - Medical Device Manufacturing | Longmont, CO** **Build products that save lives in a clean, high-tech environment** We're looking for detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our growing medical device manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you'll help produce critical components that make a real difference in patient care-all within a cleanroom setting designed for precision and quality. **Schedule:** + **Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM** + Enjoy a consistent weekday shift and long weekends every week with our 4x10 schedule. **Pay:** + **$20-$24/hour** (Based on experience) + 10% shift differential + **Weekly pay** **Main Job Responsibilities:** + Assemble medical devices with accuracy and care + Perform visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished products + Use microscopes and precision tools for detailed assembly work + Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP standards + Prepare and package products for shipment **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in medical device assembly, electronics, or pharmaceutical production preferred + Comfortable working in a regulated cleanroom environment + Skilled in fine motor tasks and microscope use + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures + Team-oriented and eager to learn **Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401(k) + Life Insurance + Paid Sick Time + Weekly Pay + Training and career growth opportunities + Supportive team environment **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
