**Job Description:**
We are seeking an intelligent and highly organized **Executive Assistant/Marketing Manager** to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for CRM management, social media marketing, email and text management, telephone marketing, and assisting with scheduling. Experience in life insurance or debt elimination is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives.
* Organize and manage communications (email, text, phone calls).
* Manage CRM tools and update information regularly.
* Lead social media marketing campaigns and content creation.
* Handle both real and AI-assisted telephone marketing.
* Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments.
* Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
* Communicate effectively with both internal teams and the public.
* Provide general administrative support and office management as needed.
**Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
* Experience with social media marketing and management.
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for automation and communication is a plus.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* **Experience in life insurance or debt elimination is a plus.**
