Are you a proactive and dependable individual with an eagerness to learn? We are looking for an IT Low Voltage Support Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone interested in technology, networking, and low-voltage systems . No prior experience is required—just a willingness to develop new skills and work in a hands-on technical environment.
• Assist in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low-voltage systems, including IP cameras, structured cabling, AV systems, digital signage, phones, PA systems, and access control.
• Help with the setup and troubleshooting of network equipment such as switches and firewalls.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring proper cable management during installations.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all job sites to ensure a secure work environment.
• Log tasks and updates accurately in the ticketing system for project tracking.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Travel regularly for day jobs, with occasional overnight trips based on project demands.
• Education: High School Diploma, equivalent experience, or technical certifications required.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Work Approach: Proactive and dependable with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks.
• Must be able to speak English fluently
• Hands-on experience with IT and low-voltage systems.
• Training and mentorship provided—no prior experience required.
