Litigation Associate Attorney - $110K-$150K + Bonus Potential | Hybrid Flexibility
Are you ready to take the next big step in your litigation career? We're hiring a Litigation Associate to support our team in a variety of high-stakes commercial litigation matters. Compensation Package:
* Competitive salary: $110,000-$150,000 , based on experience
* Bonus potential available , especially for candidates with a portable book of business
What You'll Be Doing:
* Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and legal memos
* Take and defend depositions
* Argue motions in court
* Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
* Interact with clients and help shape case strategy
* Opportunity to lead cases as first chair , depending on experience and needs
Ideal Candidate Has:
* 2+ years of litigation experience (Judicial clerkship experience will be considered)
* Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and in good standing
* Bonus: Licensed in Ohio and/or West Virginia
* Outstanding writing, research, and communication skills
* A proactive, team-first attitude and solid courtroom presence
* Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of professionalism
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Friday, day shift
* Some remote work available
