Flexible Scheduling: Per diem positions with both day and night shifts available
Competitive Pay: $38.00 per hour , commensurate with experience

Minimum of 1 year current LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred)
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid NYS LPN license
Current BLS certification
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Physical exam completed within the past year
QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past five years
MMR immunizations within the past ten years
