Job Description: Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually plus commissions

Position Overview

Organically Green Horticultural Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced  Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our crews in delivering exceptional, eco-friendly landscape care. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all work is performed to company standards with a focus on organic and sustainable practices.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials usage.
• Uphold safety protocols and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, particularly organic and sustainable methods.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
