Location: In-Office – Worth, Illinois

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday — 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday — 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Mandatory)
• Hours: Flexible, minimum of 33 up to 40 hours per week
• Pay: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

This position focuses on helping clients stay on track with their insurance payments while keeping our customer experience top-tier. You’ll be making phone calls , sending texts and emails , and greeting walk-in clients who visit the office.

Daily Expectations:

• Make at least 40 calls per day
• Send 100+ text messages per day
• Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally
• Follow up with clients on upcoming or overdue payments
• Update notes and records in our management system
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients in their preferred language

Preferred Qualifications

• Office or insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual in Arabic, English, or Spanish strongly preferred
• Great phone voice and professional attitude
• Confident using computers, texting platforms, and CRMs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be available to work Saturdays (mandatory)
• Flexible hours available with up to 40 hours/week
