Job Description

Description Your Responsibilities: - Assist the Survey Crew Chief in daily field operations - Set up and operate survey instruments including total stations, GPS, levels, and data collectors - Perform measurements for boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys - Maintain field equipment and ensure proper care and calibration - Record and organize field data accurately - Follow company safety standards and protocols on job sites Skills Survey, Surveying, trimble, CST, topography, land survey, field survey, total station, construction staking Top Skills Details Survey,Surveying Additional Skills & Qualifications - 0-3 years of experience in land surveying or related field - CST level 1, or, CST level 2 certification, a plus - Familiarity with survey equipment (Trimble) is a plus - Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and lift/carry equipment - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Team player with good communication skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
