Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join an enterprise Steel manufacturing team in Seattle, Washington. This person will report to the Electrical Lead and the Electrical Supervisor in either the melt shop or rolling mill. They must be committed to their own personal safety and the safety of others. They are required to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems individually and as part of a team with other maintenance personnel. This person should be able to function well in a high production environment applying a craftsman expertise and acumen. Coachable personality and team player with a willingness to learn A "tinkerer" -- someone who likes projects and problem solving. Knowledge and experience with Loop devices, Instrumentation, heavy power supply. Knows how to use a meter and work relays - Prior Mill experience relevant to the role - Experience with DC motors, robots, PLC's. - Has mechanical aptitude and knows pneumatics, hydraulics and welding.
