Resident Services Coordinator / HUD Specialist

We’re seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who will also manage our HUD Housing program, ensuring compliance and fostering strong resident relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as an advocate for residents by coordinating service needs and resolving concerns.
Manage all aspects of HUD Housing, ensuring compliance with federal HUD and Fair Housing guidelines.
Assist residents and their families in identifying services to promote independence and well-being.
Maintain and manage the HUD waitlist and conduct interviews with prospective residents.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth move-ins and a high-quality resident experience.
Facilitate wellness and engagement activities through resident committees and councils.
Maintain confidential records and oversee regular HUD file audits.
Promote a respectful, inclusive, and service-oriented campus environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
At least 5 years of experience working with older adults, persons with disabilities, or underserved populations strongly preferred
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of HUD guidelines and resident services coordination is a plus
