We are seeking a talented and hard-working Hot Cook to join our team at Western Sizzlin. As a Hot Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and equipment. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, including meats, vegetables, and sauces
• Use a variety of cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and frying
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Respond to customer requests and feedback in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using a variety of cooking techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once

The Great American Buffet was founded in 1993 and the Wood Grill Buffet in 1997.
