Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to be the face of our brand. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—delivering exceptional service with a smile, resolving inquiries with ease, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, a positive attitude, and excellent communication are essential. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards
• Handles cash and is able to accurately count cash and make accurate change for guests. Responsible for cash transactions. Knows procedure for obtaining proper credit card authorizations

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Detail Oriented

• Tech Savvy
