**Description:** The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales & Events team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to both Sales Managers and external clients. This dynamic position involves a variety of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, including but not limited to: + Managing incoming phone and internet inquiries with professionalism and prompt attention + Supporting multiple Sales Managers simultaneously with requests and tasks + Drafting customized proposals and contracts + Assisting with commission tracking and reporting + Coordinating site tours to showcase the property's offerings + Maintaining accurate records and data within internal systems and databases The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
