As an EXPO, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen and front-of-house teams work in harmony to deliver dishes that are fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the communication hub between the kitchen and servers. - Ensuring all dishes are prepared correctly and meet our quality standards before they’re served. - Managing the timing and flow of orders to ensure a smooth service. - Organizing and prioritizing tickets to keep the kitchen running efficiently. - Assisting with plating and garnishing dishes as needed.
We’re seeking a candidate who: - Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm under pressure. - Possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Is a clear and effective communicator with a keen eye for detail. - Works well as part of a team and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
