Our client, a leading Agriculture and Construction manufacturer, is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to join their team in Fargo, ND. This person will need to have good leadership and enjoy mentoring more junior EHS employees. **Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager** **Location: Fargo, ND 58102** **Pay Range: $118,000-$165,000/ Yearly + 15% Bonus** **What's the Job?** + Implement and lead the plant environmental, health, safety and energy programs, procedures, and culture change to ensure compliance + Serve as the management representative for the plant environmental, health, safety and energy management systems and support the NAFTA Enterprise certification for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 + Lead and participate in the investigation of safety and environmental incidents, along with corrective action development, implementation and follow-up + Support Human Resources, Medical and Risk Management in handling workers compensation claims + Submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies + Will have direct reports + 100% Onsite Role **What's Needed?** + Bachelors Degree preferred but open in lieu of experience + Agricultural, construction or heavy equipment background or automation background + Experience with worker comp claims + Good leadership and mentorship capabilities + 6+ years within EHS ****MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER**** ****OPEN TO RELOCATION**** If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
