Job Summary

This role supports the Quality Systems platform by developing visualization tools and in-house solutions, with a primary focus on Pipeline Pilot. The position requires strong business insight and a solid development background to integrate existing solutions into S/4 Hana and Google Cloud. A strong understanding of industry-standard applications and database principles is critical to streamline workflows, enhance data processing, and ensure accurate data delivery to the shop floor.

Job Description

• Provide technical expertise within a small team to design and deliver maintainable data pipelines
• Focus on Pipeline Pilot and SpotFire , requiring strong skills in SpotFire , Google BigQuery , and Pipeline Pilot
• Build and deploy datasets for visualization and reporting across multiple platforms, ensuring quality and relational integrity
• Maintain clear data lineage with proper documentation and organization
• Support DevOps activities and contribute to building a strong deployment infrastructure
• Assist in developing sprint schedules, assigning and completing support tickets, and managing bug trackers
• Work with Quality Assurance teams as needed
• Develop data visualizations and reporting solutions based on feedback from Engineers, IT Developers, and end users
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to gather requirements and create business data reports
• Work closely with managers, regional automation teams, or process engineers depending on the site

Skills Required

• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing – Life Sciences, Quality Systems, or a related field
• 3–5 years of building production solutions with Bovia Pipeline Pilot, including component authoring, protocol design, and web services
• 3+ years using TIBCO Spotfire or Power BI, including Google BigQuery , IronPython scripting, data functions, Information Links, and Automation Services
• Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Domain knowledge in data process automation, scheduling, and data architecture using SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar languages
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical approaches to business leadership
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and identify new technologies
• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and providing accurate time estimates for complex tasks
• ETL experience across various technologies
• Knowledge of Denodo or data virtualization preferred
• Understanding of deployment process flows
• Strong initiative, results oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to work cross-functionally and consider diverse perspectives

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering , Computer Science, or a related field (minimum)

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Shift: 08 :00 AM
• Ability to support DevOps and deployment infrastructure
• Strong documentation and organizational habits
• Ability to assist with sprint planning and support tracking
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, IT, and leadership across various sites
• Hybrid Position

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $48.70 to $56.70 per hour based on qualifications.
