Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)
Location: Richmond IN
Hourly Pay: $17.00
Schedule: Monday through Friday 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.
Role Summary Are you a reliable safety-conscious driver with a customer-first mindset Join Keystone Automotive Operations as a Delivery Driver and take the wheel in one of the most essential roles in our distribution this full-time position youll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto RV and marine parts directly to our customers providing friendly and dependable service.
Position Highlights - $1000 Sign-On Bonus !
(Paid $500 at 6 months $500 at 12 months of continuous employment) - Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days 6 months and 1 year based on performance
- Consistent weekday schedule never work weekends
- Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities - Load secure and unload products using proper handling techniques
- Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid drivers license
- Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 truck or bigger
- Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
- Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass DOT physical examination
