Description We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis in Westerville, Ohio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth and success of their Engineering and Information Technology teams. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners, and contribute to innovative strategies that enhance our talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities: - Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and priorities. - Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruitment plans. - Source, screen, and interview candidates for critical roles within Engineering and Information Technology. - Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruiting performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative approach to recruitment. - Share knowledge and best practices within the Talent Acquisition team to support overall organizational growth. - Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance recruitment processes and attract top talent. - Manage requisitions effectively, ensuring timely and quality hires. - Stay informed about industry trends and provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on recruitment strategies. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field. - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within Engineering and Information Technology sectors. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes. - Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies and processes. - Familiarity with using a consultative approach to recruitment and stakeholder engagement. - Capability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment practices.
