Our client, is seeking a Commercial General Liability Adjuster for their Hendersonville, TN office. This person would be responsible for handling Tennessee Liability Laws, Government Immunity, and Comparative Fault Claims.
Requirements:
5+ years of handling General Liability claims for Public Entities
Demonstrates extensive working knowledge of the tort and statutory laws and claims practices
Ability to handle complex liability claims
