• Role :Client Relationship Banker

About the Role:

We are seeking an Client Relationship Banker to join the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, helping clients achieve their financial goals, and promoting banking solutions that enhance convenience and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive relationship-building.
• Assist customers with new account openings, service requests, and loan applications.
• Recommend suitable financial products and digital banking solutions.
• Identify and refer clients to appropriate internal partners based on financial needs.
• Maintain compliance with banking policies, risk programs, and regulatory standards.
• Support safe and accurate cash handling operations.
• Meet the requirements of the SAFE Act and maintain registration as a Loan Originator.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer interaction or service, or equivalent through education, training, or military experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and mobile services.
• Attention to detail with adherence to policies and compliance standards.
• Ability to identify fraud risks and take preventive action.
• Team-oriented approach with integrity and professionalism.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
