Job Description

Flowly Solutions is hiring for a professional and safety focused bus driver to join our dedicated transportation team. This is an important, hands on role requiring you to reliable transport passengers to their required destinations on set routes. You will be working directly with the public on a daily basis and need to be extremely customer service oriented.

We are seeking candidates who possess a valid Class B CDL driver license. Having a passenger endorsement is a huge plus. We offer paid training and support for qualified employees to obtain any remaining required certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating your assigned vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and company procedures
• Following assigned routes to ensure passengers reach their destination timely
• Communicating delays with your route to the transportation and dispatching managers
• Completing daily inspections of your vehicle before and after each trip
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with boarding, exiting and loading belongings onto the bus
• Successfully completing all paid trainings and obtaining the required certifications
• Submitting daily reports and documentation including mileage, vehicle condition and damage reports
• Effectively using vehicle softwares such as the GPS systems
• Reporting any defects with the vehicles such as damage, maintenance needs or potential hazards

What You Will Need:

• A valid Class B CDL with passenger and/or school bus endorsements
• Prior professional driving experience with a focus on customer experience and safety
• Availability to work split shifts for morning and afternoon routes
• The ability to lift 40 pounds and to load items onto the vehicle
• No formal education requirement

Schedule and Pay:

• Full Time Schedule, Monday through Friday 
• Hours from 5:00am until 4:30pm depending on the route
• Pay ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on your experience
