Dairy Queen Crew Member

Job Responsibilities:

• Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner - strong customer service skills
• Takes orders and serves/prepares meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Works well with team members and managers during all shifts
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her actions
• Ability to work in a fast paced fast food environment
• Arrives early and prepared, and willing to stay past scheduled time, if necessary

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• We hire teens, minimum 16 years old
• Ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude
