**Precision Assembler - 4/10 Schedule**
**Job Description**
Join a leader in the manufacturing of electrical feedthroughs and opto-electronic windows as a Precision Assembler. You will be working in a semi-clean room environment, assembling small, precision metallic and ceramic components for use in medical, defense, and industrial applications. This role follows a **1st Shift 4/10 schedule from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with overtime opportunities.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble parts according to work instructions and process procedures.
+ Carry out daily and weekly tasks efficiently.
+ Assist in troubleshooting and consult with experts when necessary.
+ Ensure high levels of on-time delivery and first-time quality.
+ Maintain a safe and clean working area.
+ Participate in required company training programs.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of production experience in small part assembly.
+ Experience using a microscope, especially in aerospace, electronic, or medical device contexts.
+ Proficiency in reading and writing English.
+ Ability to read and interpret SOPs, blueprints, and instructions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with medical device assembly and cleanroom procedures.
+ Familiarity with mechanical assembly, wiring, and schematics.
+ Comfortable working with niche products and processes that require time to master.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
