**Assembler - Manufacturing Facility (Fort Myers, FL)** **_(For quicker response, email resume directly to: jburchett@aerotek.com)_** **Pay:** $19-$22 per hour (based on experience) **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday-Friday (1st Shift) **Job Overview:** **We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler** to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints + Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy + Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures **Qualifications:** + Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic **Benefits:** + Competitive hourly pay + Opportunities for overtime + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401k Match **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Myers, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
